The room was immaculate and luxurious and equipped with a separate lounge area from the bedroom, extra touches and a nice view. The staff were attentive and efficient every time I needed help.

Reasonably spacious and clean hotel, location was awesome really close to the main shopping areas of Argyle and transport to other areas of Glasgow and the Fraser Suites. Thoroughly enjoyed having it's own balcony, separate lounge and a living room in the fairly quiet and luxurious room.

Marvellous location in the Merchant city area of the city, and 5 minute walk from People's Palace.

We liked the kitchen but a dirty sponge was left to use on the dishes
The walls were dirty. the room was quite loud because of the single pane windows. We asked to have our sheets changed and were told by the front desk yes, but didn’t happen. Exercise room had no disinfectant

Supernette's staff! Good location!
The bed is sagged in the middle, the mattress would have to be replaced. Relaxing sleep is not possible! The location is ideal for sightseeing but you have to consider that it is very noisy on the street and you can hear the partying crowd at night! Breakfast only cold, rather sparse!

Very large suite
windows are single glazed, therefore loud and draughty

not a lot, spaceis good, decor a bit tired, dirty towels left on corridor, strong smell of cigarette smoke in corridor.
the Hotel was too hot, the only way to keep cool during the night was by leaving the window open and the noise outside was incredible on a Friday night with drunken revellers etc, the towel rail in bath room was constantly roasting hot, could not switch off, reception mixed up our reservations, breakfast was not to great either, bread and croisants not fresh, coffee poor. Will not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal for anyone wanting to be in the middle of downtown Glasgow with many restaurants, pubs and shopping. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. This is a great option for anyone wanting a hotel with suites.
Our first room was noisy due to the restaurants below. The staff moved us to another room for the second evening and it was much better. Both rooms were spacious and clean. However, the bathtub/showers in each room were dirty or needed repair.
